1) ORGANIZER AND DURATION OF THE CONTEST
The BUTET company, registered in the Perigueux Trade and Companies Register under number 334 398 443, located at Atelier BUTET, route de l'Ecole Nationale d'Equitation - Les Saurondes - 49 400 Saumur. (hereinafter "the organizer") is organizing a contest that will take place from January 27, 2023 (hereinafter "opening date") to January 30, 2023 at 10:00 am (hereinafter "closing date").
2) CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST
The contest is open to persons residing in the European Union (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant(s)").
Registration is free of charge, with no obligation to purchase.
Minors are allowed to participate in this contest, provided they have obtained the express prior authorization of their parents or the person exercising parental authority. The fact that they participate implies that they have obtained this authorization.
Parental authorization implies acceptance of the participation of the minor or young person of 18 years of age, and acceptance that the participant will receive, if applicable, the prize offered in the contest.
This contest is not open to members of the Organizer's staff and their families and, more generally, to all persons involved in the preparation of this contest.
Participation in the contest implies full and unreserved acceptance by the Participant of these rules and any amendments thereto.
If it appears that a Participant has not complied with the terms of these rules or has provided incomplete or inaccurate, illegible, fraudulent or invalid information, the Organizer may decide to exclude said Participant and cancel the possible awarding of the Prize won.
3) CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
To participate in this Contest, the Participant must enter the draw before the closing date on the form provided.
Only entries received before Monday, January 30, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. will be considered for the draw.
Incomplete entries or entries made in a form other than that provided for in these rules will be declared null and void and will not be taken into account for the draw.
In the event that one or more of the answers drawn are declared invalid, one or more additional drawings will be conducted to identify a randomly drawn Winner whose answers are declared valid.
The prize will be as follows:
Two show tickets for the Jumping de Bordeaux 2023.
Entrants may only enter the contest once and may only win one (1) prize.
4) RANDOM DRAW - WINNER
The Winner will be designated by a random draw, which will take place on January 30, 2023, among the participants who have correctly completed the game form.
The winner will be informed by email to the address indicated on the form within 1 day after January 30, 2023. They will be asked for their contact information (last name/first name/email/phone/address) in order to send them their prize.
Therefore, the Participant expressly authorizes the disclosure and publication of this personal data on the @butetsellier accounts according to the rules defined in compliance with Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
If the winner is a minor, an authorization to take pictures and broadcast the image and personal data of the minor must be signed by his or her legal representative.
5) PRIZE
The winner will receive the following prize: (hereafter "the Prize")
- two exhibition tickets for the Jumping de Bordeaux 2023.
The prize awarded is personal, non-modifiable and non-exchangeable.
No discount, refund, even partial, or financial compensation may be granted in lieu of the prize won.
The Organizer reserves the right to replace any prize awarded with another of equivalent value.
6) AWARDING OF PRIZES
The Prize will be awarded after the Organizer has verified that the Winner has complied with the terms and conditions of these Rules.
The Prize will be sent to the Winner by email to the postal address provided by the Winner upon request by email to the address indicated on the form.
If the Prize awarded cannot be delivered to the Winner by the Organizer, for reasons beyond its control, no compensation or financial equivalent can be granted.
7) LIABILITY
The Organizer is not responsible for any error in the delivery of the Prize, its loss in transit, non-receipt or damage in transit.
The Organizer cannot be held responsible if, due to an event beyond its control (supplier out of stock, etc.), it is unable to deliver the Prize as planned. In this case, the Organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with another prize of the same value.
The Organizer cannot be held responsible for any harmful consequences resulting from the misuse of the Prizes.
The Organizer cannot be held responsible in the event of cancellation, postponement, extension or total or partial modification of this contest, whatever the cause.
It is expressly agreed that the Organizer retains the right to cancel, shorten, extend or postpone this Contest at any time and for any reason.

9) PERSONAL DATA
The Organizer may, in the context of the Contest, collect personal data concerning the Participants (hereinafter the "Personal Data").
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/79 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, Candidates have a right to information, a right of access, a right to object and a right to rectify the Personal Data collected in the context of this Game by contacting the Organizing Body by email: contact@lim-group.com.
All personal data relating to the participants collected by BUTET in the context of the competition will be kept and will be subject to automated processing by the latter for the purposes of managing and organizing the competition and in particular for the publication and display of the names and surnames of the Winner as well as for the constitution of a file for sending commercial offers.
BUTET is a company of the BUTET group which attaches particular importance to the processing, confidentiality and security of your Personal Data.

10) APPLICABLE LAW - DISPUTES
These rules are subject to French law. Any dispute arising from this contest that cannot be settled amicably will be submitted to the competent French courts.
